After your appointment is booked, we love to have a relaxed phone chat to get to know you a little more, your ideas, your style, and the feeling you’re dreaming of for your special day. It helps us prepare thoughtfully and ensures your experience feels beautifully personal from the moment you walk in. When you arrive, you’ll step into a calm, friendly space created to help you instantly relax. We take a few moments to reconnect and make sure you feel completely at ease before we begin. This is your time, and we want you to feel comfortable, listened to and beautifully supported from the very start.
We prepare a small selection of dresses in the fitting room before you arrive, and if you’ve shared your favourites with us, we’ll often begin with those. This helps you feel relaxed rather than overwhelmed when you walk into a boutique full of beautiful gowns. From there, we guide you every step of the way using our knowledge and expertise to help you discover the dress that feels perfect for you and your day.
