Tell us about your proposal
We were in Austria skiing. We stopped for a ‘photo’ at the side of a slope. Then he got down on one knee and of course i said yes
How did you feel on your big day?
Strangely calm all day. A lovely relaxed morning getting ready with the bridal party. We were so fortunate to have guests who really brought the energy all day and brought us so much joy and laughter.
What’s your special memory of your wedding day?
I thought i hadn’t bought enough confetti for the confetti throw however it seems i’d actually overdone it. While doing our confetti throw we ended up absolutely covered and i found lots in my dress that night!
Tell us about your Dress Me Pretty experience
After already going to three other bridal shops and still not being able to find a dress that suited me i was feeling disheartened but the girls put me at complete ease and helped me find my perfect dress, taking the time to really make sure i found what i loved.
What’s your advice to future bride-to-be’s
Enjoy every minute of it, try to relax and take in every moment of the planning and your big day. It goes in a flash and all your little worries about the day will completely disappear.
