Dress Me Pretty began with just £1,000 almost 14 years ago. No money in the bank, no investors, no big loans – just a lot of heart.
From that starting point, I’ve gone on to grow the business, buy the building we’re in today, and later start another successful business too.
There were no shortcuts. Just a lot of hard work, learning as I went, and showing up even when it felt uncomfortable or uncertain.
But the money was never the point – the people always were

Every single sample dress you see has been chosen with you in mind. Our collection is carefully curated to bring you some of the best world-renowned bridal labels, so you can feel confident, beautiful and completely yourself. Alongside me are an incredible team of women who support me, support one another, and - most importantly - support our brides with the care, warmth and attention they truly deserve. Two of our team were brides here themselves and loved their experience so much they chose to come back and work with us. They’ve now been part of the DMP family for 6 and 7 years. That means more to me than I can put into words. Everything we’ve built has always come back to that feeling - and it still does today.
